Using email verification to protect secure messages

Email verification adds a layer of protection by sending a verification code to the recipient’s inbox which is used to access a secure message. 

It can be used alongside a challenge question or can be used on it's own to secure a message.

How to enable or disable email verification in Company Admin

The option to use email verification to secure messages is controlled by your Mailock administrator in Company Admin. See this article for more details.
